Cancellation Policy

PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS AND AGREEMENT 1. COVERAGE The CLIENT agrees that this mini session is only for Immediate family (Mom, Dad and Children) and their pets. Additional person is $25 each e.g. grandma, grandpa, aunt, uncle or friend. 2. SHOOTING TIME The CLIENT and LIGHTSCOPE FILMS agree that cooperation and punctuality are essential to accomplish the goals and wishes of all parties. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. If the CLIENT does not arrive at the appointed time for the EVENT(S), shooting will commence at the scheduled start time and end at the scheduled end time. All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed to the CLIENT. 3. CANCELLATION POLICY The CLIENT agrees that there is a 1-week notice to cancel this mini session. Other than that cancellation will be discretion from LIGHTSCOPE FILMS like weather or some unwanted events or accidents. 4. SAFETY LIGHTSCOPE FILMS reserves to right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the EVENT(S) if the photographer experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behaviour from person(s) at the EVENT(S); or in the event that the safety of the photographer is in question. 5. MODEL RELEASE The CLIENT hereby assigns LIGHTSCOPE FILMS the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claims to profits that may arise from the use of images. 6. PAYMENT AND FINAL PRODUCT SCHEDULE The CLIENT is required to pay the total amount prior to the shoot. LIGHTSCOPE FILMS will have 2 weeks’ time to give the final product to the CLIENT. 7. LIMIT OF LIABILITY In the unlikely event that LIGHTSCOPE FILMS is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the LIGHTSCOPE FILMS. The company will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability are limited to the return of all payments received for the EVENT(S). In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond LIGHTSCOPE FILMS control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, LIGHTSCOPE FILMS liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the EVENT(S). LIGHTSCOPE FILMS is not liable for the loss of images beyond the lesser of the final delivery of all products included in the package or one year. I hereby release LIGHTSCOPE FILMS named above from all claims and liability relating to photo/video taken of me. I have read this agreement carefully and fully understand its meanings and implications.
